When I think about playing...the thing I'm most excited about is that so much is going to be unscripted. They may decide when a dragon shows up but not what happens in the battle. We won't know where, when, how, how many...it's going to different for all of us. I don't think it's just with dragons either. I can't wait to hear everyone's stories and see the YouTube videos of what happened in Skyrim that day. Video at 11. :D

More voice actors.

This bugged me so much. Argonians, Orcs, Nords, and Khajiit all had the same voice actor.

The possibility of werecreatures.

On a more serious note, dual wielding, I've always wanted a game with actual dual wielding, not some crappy press one button and attack with both.

The epic tavern fights. Todd Howard discussed about how they now have non lethal bar brawls ^__^

I know! Other than possible polygamy, that has to be one of the coolest features!

In general, the Skyrim engine... Creation Engine (and Creation Kit for mods !!!)

In-game, probably, the Dragons and how they will behave in the game... I predict I will have epic battles ! :poke:

Radiant Story = Means quests will be tailored to my exploration. No "internet walktrough" can detail how to solve a quest. My experience will be unique.

Everything... but if a have to choose one... the new magic system. It looks amazing, and I'm eager to see new spells.

Going toe - to - toe with a flying, firebreathing, battle train of a dragon with nothing more than a Greatsword, a Shortbow, and my wits and courage alone. In a RTS its one thing, but in a system that is more FPS Geared that is gonna be freaking awesome.

Perks. I was really hoping for these and very happy when they were reveled to be in, I loved them in OB they made it so much better than a simply 1% increase in skill that you do not even notice. And now being able to choose them is even better. It makes each level up far more interesting. And perhaps best of all they work great for mods, I had more mod perks than vanilla perks in the FO's.

My favorite feature is tied between two, the fog in the mountains and the fact that everything casts a perfect shadow.

A positive thread? Finnaly! Im tired that about 40 to 50% of threads are complaints..... Any way I cant find anything better than eachother. (with the exeptions of removed skills which is one of the few complaints I have)
In other words Im happy with most of the features equally.

I know! I'm so used to the "Skyrim has that feaure in that I don't like. The game is ruined." It's nice to see some other positive people for a change!

But I am really excited for the dragons and other creatures. Mostly dragons.

HE PICKED UP THE GIANT AND THREW HIM IN THE AIR *mind implodes*

Im not sure if this could really be incluided in this thread, but I am extremley exited about the facegen. Part of the reason I could never play Oblivion was because everyone there was so ugly, and even after spending hours of my time and downloading hundreds of mods, my character looked 1% better than the average Oblivion NPC.

In Oblivion, they tried to do too much with facegen and everyone looked bad.

In Fallout, they did too little and everyone looked the same excluding the hair, eyes, and facial hair.

In Skyrim, everyones face looks just like a preset even though they were made via some kind of facegen utility, but they are all different. Id pay money to see a trailer of someone creating a face in Skyrim.

I like the fact that the devs chose Skyrim and decided on a more gritty and dark setting. I loved the Bloodmoon expansion for Morrowind and it made Nords my second favorite race (the first being Dremora) :P

Next to that I'm eagerly anticipating the new face generator. For Oblivion I failed to make even a remotely decent character and had to resort to using character saves from other people. So I'm hoping that this time I'll be able to make myself a cool character :)

Well like a lot of people I can't just pick one. I would have to say:

1. New Engine (I was so sick of seeing the other engine)
2. Dragon Shouts (I had to change my pants after I seen the Stormcall dragon shout in the E3 video)
3. Better 3rd person camera. (I probably won't fight in 3rd person, but I will walk around in 3rd person and the new camera angle that doesn't svck makes that possible)
