What Controls The Weight Restriction With Reverse Pickpocket

I'd like to make a mod where the reverse pickpocketing is like in Fallout 3, where weight is not a factor. But I can't find where in The Construction Set this restriction is. Anyone know?

I don't know if this is possible or let alone how to do it, but couldn't you make a script that changes the weight of the item you want to reverse-pick pocket to a non-restricted amount whenever you try to reverse-pickpocket?
