So what could the Tribunal really do?

I am not sure what the Tribunal is really capable (or was) of in plain terms. Yea they bathed in the heart of a god and lived for thousands of years but what examples of their divinity where there really ? Vivec led the armies against the Kamal but not single handedly. Almalexia survived some horrendous battle against Remans forces and Sotha Sil just played with himself for a few milenna. Where are their super power divine I'm going to wield and prove I'm a god business?

And anything that Vivec did could be attributed to CHIM or is that incorrect? Does his CHIM negate the need for the heart?

If you could rearrange reality why not unmake Dagoth Ur?

Does defeating Mehrunes Dagon almost single handedly count as having super power? She and Sotha Sil defeated him after he destroyed Mournhold. Or was it the fight to defeat him that trashed the city? At any rate she and Sotha Sil did what it took Akatosh's avatar to do in Oblivion.
