What Creatures Would You Like to See in Skyrim

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 4:09 am

Lions + Tigers so somebody can put them in a pit and end end the age old debate what would win.
No flying monsters

No Flying Monsters? I think you might be disappointed mate! :whisper: http://cdn.gamefront.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/skyrim-dragon.jpg

How about undead Dragons, otherwise known as Draco-Liches?

Another cool idea would be the Wendigo, loosely based on the Marvel comics version as a giant shaggy white monster.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wendigo_%28comics%29

It might look a little bit too similar to the snow trolls so a few changes maybe, but the idea of the Wendigo curse and cannibalism is an intriguing one and offers some great plot possibilities including the PC becoming one.

Lizard Men?

They are a race of hostile, primitive, and carnivorous lizards, not related to Argonians.

All of them I suppose.

I saw a dog in one of the latest screenshots so you should add it to your list of animals returning in Skyrim.

Thanks. I guess I missed that one.

I noticed 'Hunger' wasn't on the vote list and I'd like them in too, they were definitly one of Morrowinds creepier critters

Hopefully http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Herne_%28creature%29#Herne and http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Morphoid_Daedra#Morphoid_Daedra in more isolated parts of the woodlands.

edit: also, CHICKENS! Heck, chicken egg should be an alchemy ingredient as well!

Wolly Mammoths have been confirmed from the mouth of Todd himself!

"How organic is the world around you? Do animals behave as they would in the real-world?"

"Todd: Very organic. Wolves, for example, will go out in packs and hunt for game. They can go as far as hunting a huge mammoth, and kill it. After that, they will hang out, lavishing in their prey."

This was taken from an interview at the BFG2011 event here's a link with the details.

Voted for some stuff here. I don't think most of the Morrowind creatures like Alits or Dreugh are returning. I'd like to see Grahls though, those were cool.

I certainly hope Scamps are are in

I basically voted for almost everything except for creatures who shouldn't be native to Skyrim (Morrowind and Shivering Isles creatures). The more daedra the better.

Also, fyi, you forgot to mention Knights of Order, Aurorans, Morphoids, Hernes, Hungers, and Vermai under the Daedra heading. Someone correct me if I missed any...

Heh, gonna be anol and say that the Tusked Bristleback should be under animals (it was the Solstheim boar) and the Grahl should be a monster. Good poll though, looks like you got most if not all of them (from Morrowind on anyway).
