think of it this way; if you were one, would you want someone to say that about you, true or not? i think its better not say anything, there might people like that here, you don't know. this is from personal experience though(and painful once at that), i don't know how others would feel or how it works for them.

So freedom of speech should be controlled because some people have hurt feelings?

I realize an argument such as 'Well, you didn't have to say it', could be made. However I should not have to censorship my opinions because someone 'might' get offended online, especially when this is one of the only things I can think of, that makes me actual nauseous to my stomach [and this coming from a guy who watched someone get stabbed like 9 times from my balcony]

Depends what you are talking about, in my opinion certain politicla views should not even be spoken, at least in my presence, but saying somethign about fat people, come on. They knwo its bad for them, they knows its not exaactly pretty. But in all reality, you shouldn't make fun of someone because they enjoy food, have low metabolism, don't excersise, etc...

take the second best option? it is good to be honest and you do have a right to say stuff honestly. but not everything needs to be said... i could have said what came to mind first as to what disgusts me(though admittedly it does not really make me nauseous, just disgusted and i would rather it did not exist in the world), but i know for sure it'll get people fuming and problems will arise. sometimes it is better not to say it. i know this is one of the harder pills to swallow, but golden rule. as jag1313 said, just use a little tact. because again, if you were one of them and someone said that, you'd be hurt no? give them the same courtesy you'd expect from others, you know. you asked if you'd be a jerk if you said that... well, if someone fat and wearing tight clothes did read that, they'd say you are because truth hurts they'd see it as personal attack.

sorry... i don't think i could have stomached that.

and i do have to say, i don't think anything made me physically sick(i though this was general disgusting things), so i guess my answer don't belong here in anyway.

I did use a little tact :(

I said obese.

I COULD of said 'Those really really FAT people who lie and say they have a glandular problem [when only like 1 out of 6 people have this problem] because they have these really large, ugly rolls on them and they look like they are made up of 8000 twinkies."

I decided to take the high route and use a few words as possible.

Until this post.

Which I think might of just ruined my argument...

*cough*

*walks away*

So.. how 'bout that weather..

So, yeah, what also disgusts me is when the drain at work backed up the other day. It smelled like dog [censored]. Almost thought we were going to have to close for the day, but the plumbers showed up and fixed it.

I actually had my drains clog up in my apartment because the people on my pipeline poured paint and dried paintchips into the sink. I got that same, dog [censored] smell as well. Ugh. Lasted like 5 days

Ours was caused by the dishwashers pouring grease down the drains.

To any aspiring dishwashers out there: Just because grease is in a liquid form, that does not mean it can be poured down a drain. The same goes for oil.

i find obese women that wear tight shirts and their fat bellies are falling out of the bottom pretty gross.

People that cant eat correctly; seriously, can you eat properly and not make a mess all around your face, the table, and on yourself. And for God's sake, chew with your mouth closed!

And something else but it will just start a flame war and ill probably get a pm from a mod.

I dunno if I am fat or not. I ain't skinny, for sure. But I'm not fat I guess. Just average. And. Well my butt is big :(.

I thought people learned this in grade 9 science. Oil + water = no mixy

I think that's why they are dishwashers.

I am also disgusted by things being stuck on my hands and feet. I can't stand it. It doesn't make me gag, but it drives me to distraction.

I'm the same with having anything I can feel on my skin, when I don't want it there. If I can feel it, it bugs me.

Obesity is for the most part preventable. I realize there is a whole addiction complex there, but honestly its not that hard to cut out junk food and exercise. I don't make fun of fat people, but its preventable, and if they take offense to it then they should just get in shape. I used to get fun of for being really skinny, so I started working out and taking weight gainer and now I'm a healthy weight.

The thing that I can remember making me gag the most was a happy shake... It's a Mcdonalds cheeseburger kid's meal ground up into a shake (excluding the toy). The cheeseburger, soda, and fries all ground up into a shake... It's a game I used to play with my friends. We stopped after all of us couldn't stop throwing up. The saltyness... will forever haunt my gag reflex....

The thing that is most disgusting is walking in to a public bathroom that smells like someone took a big dump and didn't flush, then you go into a stall and find the source of the smell... Your eyes will burn from the fumes of the turd..

All natural vegan stores.

Holy [censored], the crap they sell in there is disgusting. I can't humans are physically capable of swallowing that stuff. All I could do in that shop was walk around and gag uncontrolably. The shop assistant though I was crazy.
