All we know is it will only have TIA and IA on hardcoe mode (maximum mode), and there is no hud.

Agreed I want it to be no perks and just weapons with attachments.

sounds like 'pro' mode from C2. Just reduces the Health levels so that snipers are 1 shot kill anywhere on the body and all other guns kill super fast, no minimap or HUD. If it's the same it is terrible because you don't know who is shooting you and if they are reasonable aim you get instakilled every time.
