descendant of the main Tamrielic Aedra, Akatosh, and St. Alessia

story of the union of the blood of Akatosh and Alessia is canon (which it is), how can a non-Imperial race have Dragonborn members? It is possible that, due to the Union of Blood occurring thousands of years before the Elder Scrolls games, that due to interracial marriages and unions that inevitably happened over time, the Dragon's Blood characteristic carried over into the ten races in Tamriel, albeit becoming very dilluted and rare by the time the events of Skyrim occur, which would explain why the player-character is supposedly the last remaining Dragonborn on Nirn.

Shouts?

if you speak some ancient nordic words it will have different effects
in the trailer Dovahkiin says something that means force, balance, push or something along those lines and he makes the dragon stumble

I can explain that

however it isn't really explained how Dovakiin got dragonblood. He was just born like that and I dont think it had anything to do with his parents
