im running 2x pci-e cards both x16's and i only have option for x8? the hell?

im running the most graphically intense mmo right now (Rift) at maxed settings at about 38-42fps with no issues (as 30+ is optimal) with both cards firing at x16 WITH supersampling and full shadows/shadow complexity on.

skyrim has damn good graphics but at times is almsot hard to play cuz of how, undetailed and blurry things get... anyone know how i can change settings to x16?

btw: for my graphics it brings up my graphics card, but only one of them. and the "default" settings that skyrim suggests is ultra.. but is still only x8...

on Rift i tested the x8 vs x16 and it was a massive difference. i turned it to x8 on rift and things got semi blurry/blended textures just like im getting on skyrim.. i turned it back to x16 on rift and everything was pristine....grrr
