Apparently Arcade Gannon used to be in the Enclave and will involve you with the Enclave if you get him to trust you.

I've been hanging out with him for AGES and he still comes out with the same "oh I'm really rather boring..." speech, when you ask him about himself.

I even located the Enclave bunker with him by my side. But he never let on.

Any suggestions? I wanna see more of the Enclave

You have to go to a few locations like the crashed vertibird (where the tesla-beaton prototype is), the repconn facility, helios one,that sort of stuff. He will initiate a conversation after going to a couple and will start for Auld Lang Syne, where you can get a nice set of enclave armor. You will also be able to get a nice pair of tesla armor called the Ganon Family Tesla Armor (or something).

That sounds like a lot of hard work. And a bit dissapointing. I was hoping to unearth a big BoS style bunker with like 50 of them in there, a helipad with a fleet of vertibirds, a science lab for them to continue their sinister eugenics and their interim government with interim leader.

But a whole 5 of them? Like that's going to alter the outcome of the battle. The best thing would be to round them up and keep them in a little private zoo in the Casino.
