what does this warnings text mean?

Just recently I've been playing and my game wil sort of CTD - game window minimizes, and I get a pop-up indicating error message and click yes to continue running the .exe, no to stop or cancel. I don't see any obvious connection between what I'm doing in game and when the problem happens. The most recent CTD happened when my char was collecting the carcass of a mudcrab on the shore just southeast of Ald Sotha, if that matters. Another time, after using a door to go outside (I forget where). When I start from the most recent saved game and repeat what I had done before, the game acts OK.

It's because you use AnimKit.

Verify if you have the option "Improve animation support" checked in the tool MCP, and unchcheck it.
