I think all of them have a good justification for it.
Which is awesome.
I'm satisfied with the Institute ending, ironically, because the Railroad ending felt "too" good.

I came to this conclusion on my own; glad to see it validated.
[censored] Shaun. [censored] the institute. [censored] Synths besides Nick and Danse.
Who the [censored] is Travis?
OT. The Institute kill the Brotherhood ergo I am interested but solely because of that.
Oh right, the stammering, obnoxious cretin on the radio which is the reason I can't listen to that station. It's off-topic, but seriously who's idea was it to have a stuttering, whiny kid be the guy on the main channel. It's [censored] terrible.
Thank God for the Radio Freedom mods.
Weird. Preston didn't talk to me about it at all. Were you the General?
Basically I can't get a word out of preston that isn't HEY GO [censored] SAVE A VILLAGE OR SOMETHING IDK
If you meet him in the Radio Stand after visiting the Dugout in, the Russian bartender will contact you 24 hours later if you go visit him (God, this is a convoluted means) to try and improve his diction via a quest.
He loses his stutter after that.
Preston really chewed me out for not evacuating the Institute. I barely did anything for the Minutemen, though I guess I was the General? Idk, I was drunk when I played through that part and don't remember . But mostly I still think that Nick Valentine suddenly going 'yay, Brotherhood!' is an issue.
Which is stupid since the only argument you can bring up for siding with the Institute he'll even nominally accept is that "Listen, Nick, it was them or the Brotherhood. Did you want the Brotherhood to win?"
Oh. I evacuated them. My guy is 100% anti institute but he isn't a villain. If the institute can't continue making soul-less abominations, then they aren't a threat. They probably won't survive the wastes anyway. And that's fitting, given that Shaun didn't think I would.
