what is 'duration' measured in?"

I am making an NPC sleep at 22 (Which I presume would be 8 or 9 PM? right), but I can't tell what duration is measured in. I have 5 right now, but I don't know if that means 5 hours, 5 minutes, etc....

When above 12 in hours...just cut 12 hours from it and you've got the PM version.
