Xivilai
Storm Atronachs(doesnt matter)
Frost Atronachs(doesnt matter)
Flame Atronachs(more like morrowinds not oblivions)
Flesh Atronachs
Knights of Order
Some unknown humanoid deadra.
Ogers
Daedroth(oblivions)
Goblins
Dreugh(both land and water)
Minotaurs
Giant Rats/Mudcrabs
Normal Wildlife

Something like will-of-the-wisp but something akin to a snow wraith that can reappear and disappear at will dealing frost damage spells.
