Right, I remember the mod author- Nekulor, but not sure where he is.

There's some interesting mods that change NPC AI such as Wandering Encounters and NPCs Alive. It'd be cool for those to be expanded, because they pretty much do what Nekulor's project intended to do.

I'm still mourning over BRAINS loss. oh and NPCs with Jobs too.
