What Exactly did the recent patch do?

Cane someone please explain what the latest patch did exactly and what it should have fixed, I was hoping it was going to fix my ATI card issues, but it did not :(. What did it fix visually? Im' still getting the worse frame rate possible on this rig.

Well so much for my hopes and dreams of seeing this ATI/AMD Framerate issue being fixed soon, my hope is that they are working on some MAJOR optimization of the engine.

Wedgwood noted that the patch introduced a more comprehensive system for error reporting, so I hope that this will soon lead to optimizations and bug fixes. Would love to actually be able to play the game =\

yeah svcks mad because they dident fix it :brokencomputer: doing the Escourt duty and when i face the back pure 29-30fps turn around and bam 4-5fps :cryvaultboy: missions aswell will go from 8-5fps

Ummm, exactly how does the "more comprehensive system for error reporting" fix the general svckiness of the game. You know. Like NOT being able to play co-op on the PC because the devs, despite supposedly making multi-player games in the past don't have a clue about modern networks. How does that help with [censored] framerates (it ain't a crash, just a piss poor game design)?
