I don't even know what that glitch is, and yes Bethesda really should make a final patch. I am annoyed that certain perks don't work or have some annoying side affect.

It helps me to express-level alchemy, smithing, speech... because ain't nobody got time for mining for bits of rock and then cranking out gold jeweled necklaces in the literal thousands.
It allows me some versatility in "accessorizing", because I don't have to wear a full set of hideous looking armor (which also slows my movement) and tiaras... I mean circlets... even if I want to reduce Illusion to 100% and spam Invisibility while looking snazzily deadly in the Shrouded Robes Set. A ring of 100% Illusion and 100% Alteration is all I need, then I can wear whatever the hell I want. Also, I don't have to end up wearing either the Daedric Set or Light Dragon Set if I don't want to... I can just cap the Hide Armor with a glitched Smithing potion and roll with that.
It allows me to fine-tune my Destruction damage with Fortify Destruction potions, as well as fine-tuning my poisons to fit with Legendary difficulty.
It also allows me to shout whenever I want, with no cooldown (Restoration potion has unlimited duration post Amulet of Talos). And I can use other shouts while Slow Time... repeatedly. I can do things like throw an enemy to the sun with my character's literal motormouth Fus Ro Dah while Slow Time, or make it rain men with Throw Voice to distract and gather enemies, then Slow Time and Cyclone, etc... Potential is unlimited.
I see it as both a cheat and a way to simply enhance and fine-tune the game. Skyrim without the restore-loop would be a much more boring game.
First off, what is the Restoration loop glitch?
Well, it would be rude to tell you to google it, but http://static2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120713182340/elderscrolls/images/c/c6/Take_3_example.jpeg
Like someone else wrote yesterday, I would rather see Bethesda release a patch that fixes the 3.1GB limitation and allows PC players on 64-bit systems to use more RAM.
I've never used it, but people can use it to buff their favorite weapons and armor(or shouts), and I would hate to take that away from them.....
I'd like a patch for glitched perks/quests, but I've already gotten way more than my money's worth out of this game
you are only cheating yourself if you take it too far. Its very necessary for certain playstyles (unarmed/ shouts only/etc)
