I think those are two Super Mutants seen in the trailer. But yeah, i'd love to see the Midwestern BoS in Fallout 4. It would clear up alot of questions about what parts of Fallout Tactics are canon, plus whether the theory of a Midwestern BoS+Enclave alliance is true.
That theory got started because the East Coast Enclave's Advanced Power Armor MkII in Fallout 3, bears a striking resemblance to the Midwestern BoS' Power Armor. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/File:Enclave_armor_CA2.jpghttp://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/File:BOS_Armor.JPG
The theory was further fueled in New Vegas' "Lonesome Road" DLC with how ED-E reveals that there's an active Enclave outpost in Chicago, which is where the Midwestern BoS is based.
If the Zeppelin+Vertibird scene in the Trailer is from Post War, that would further suggest a Midwestern BoS+Enclave alliance. If they show the Hellion in any of the E3 stuff, then it's definately the Midwestern BoS. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Hellion
The bark draggerhood. Crazy dog people who have evolved into dogs, talk and mate like dogs and worship three poorly animated dogs.
Speaking of Mutants, do you think Super Mutant Behemoths will be in Fallout 4?

Tunnel snakes rule!
Besides those, I would like to see some new factions.
Though I wouldn't mind having the talon mercs show up again.
I really would rather see completely new factions, but I wouldn't mind seeing a break away group of the BOS or Enclave. As long as they have completely different goals in mind than the originals.
I hope in hell, they're not. One time was enough, let's all move on to newer things.
New factions, new species, new conflicts is what F4 should have. No more rehashing old factions, old conflicts, just for the sake of saying, they're a staple of the Fallout Universe, or because of a "Cool factor".
I have a potential theory -
Beth follows the New Vegas approach on factions and offers us three potential story branches that we will get entangled in. Brotherhood vs. Institute vs. Railroad. The Brotherhood wants the tech of the Institute or has some fallout with the Institute over their use and holding of tech. Two potential factions to join both of which are neither ''good'' or ''bad''. Then somehow the Railroad can play a part with their own goals which are just as morally grey
The airship, vertibirds, and power armor all suggest the Midwest Brotherhood. It would also make logical sense that they would find out and confront the Institute over their tech considering how tech-crazy the Brotherhood is.
I'd like Bethesda to try and come up with some new factions.
Got anything in mind, that you would like to see?

A small faction of people who found a Colonial re-enactment settlement and books about Colonial life and built their whole life around old world Colonialism.
Nothing in particular just a new well written faction that has some core beliefs and has interesting quests associated with them. I don't want every Fallout to feel like Elder Scrolls where it's roughly the same groups reappearing in every game over and over again. I mean I'm fine with returning factions, but just show some creativity and get some fresh blood out there.
Here's a pic of the two of them off the Fallout facebook page...

I downloaded the picture to get a larger picture and It looks like T-51b to me, althrough it seems to be black like the Enclave armour......but no way the Enclave would team up with Super Mutants unless somebody decided to totally ignore all of the previous games.
Wasn't that basically how the Legion was formed though?

I would really like some more stealth and subterfuge related factions to be around. Sort of like the dark brotherhood but their jobs are only killing. Maybe the types that follow you and attack when you're already in a fight or sleeping.
i would like to see a return of the ncr, since my current nv character is pro ncr and anti legion.
Im going to go ahead and put my flamesuit on before I type this...... okay, ready.
I would not mind seeing Sarah Lyons take a group of BoS to the Boston area to rebuild them into a new type of faction.
Edit: Darn you autocorrect!
Yes!
That's pretty much the extent of old factions I'd like to see in Fallout 4. Institute, Abbey of the Road, Railroad (hopefully not a power factor).
In greater capacity, I'd much rather see another (military) Christian faction that is somewhat aligned with the Abbey though.
