What factions do you want to see come back or never come bac

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 6:45 pm

Think logicallcally for a moment.

How many can there concevably be left?

The mass of their organisation, including all non military assets died in Fo2.
In FO3 they lost no less than 2 command structures

For those few who surivived, you're going to have to be a hard core believer not to desert such a loser organisation and just try and get on with your life.

Bringing them back just wouldn't make a gram of sense.

All i can say until i see like i have said Hard core proof then there not dead.

An Oil rig that was nuked from inside
A command strcutre destroyed by a giant robot
A Crawler nuked from space

Exactly what passes for "hard core proof" with you Ace?

Well we all know that FNV is out and there might or probably will be a F4.

Well what im wondering is what factions do you want to see back in future fallout games and ones you dont want to see in future fallout games?

If i missed any tell me.

Pancakes aside they are dead as a major faction. We know they are still around. Chicago but we don't know how many are there. If you follow bread crumbs and us logic there should not be any there. I think the Devs of New Vegas mentioned Chicago as a means to not back themselves into a corner. Or Bethesda asked them to. Still as a major faction they are dead. They are nothing but remnants now.

Yeah Bethesda can bring them back for us to destroy in Fallout 4 but why? Because fans of the Enclave can't get over the fact they are dead? Because Bethesda can't write worth [censored]? Because fans of Bethesda just want the same old crap over and over and over and over and over and over again?

This is still not convincing me. Neither will it until i see LIKE I SAID hardcoe evidence that there dead(i.e. Bethesda says so)

I find it very sad there are people out there with no imagination for something new and no ability to follow logic. People that just want to be spoon fed the same old crap over and over agian. Very sad indeed :sadvaultboy:

All of the Enclave in 2242:

{273}{prs54}{You could try, I suppose, but soon the staff of the Enclave and Navarro will be inoculated.}

The source of the Enclave in F3:

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Autumn_Senior

I fail to grasp why people like you blatently ignore any rationalism and just say, "Unless Bethesda says"; whatever, even they follow some of the basic rules which have been set. There is an Enclave outpost/s of indeterminate size in Chicago, that is all. They all came from the ENCLAVE and Navarro.

Its not just because bethesda says. Its because your so quick to assume there DEAD. There are some still out there and there is evidence of this...

Yeah I am, because I know perfectly well what has been previously established. They are still out there, in Chicago, nowhere else has been referenced.

We know there is a chance they are still out there in Chicago. No one is saying that Chicago doesn't count. It is just that if you follow logic and evidance given in, the three Fallout games, one comes to the conclusion they arn't coming back as a poweful faction. They are just remnants now. It is simple logic, why can't people get this?

The only reason I can think of is that I already posted. They just want every Fallout to be BoS vs Enclave, same old crap over and over. They don't care about logic and Fallout. They just want cool toys

Dead as in not coming back as a powerful faction, future Fallout antagonist. They have already been the antagonist twice now. Enough is enough.

I am not tying to convince you Ace cause it is clearly I can't. I just don't get why you want them to come back?

Im not one of them people that want them back for just the hell of it to get cool toys i want them back for a reason and you never got a chance to side with them in any fallout. I want them back because there not dead. I want them back because i want to see them dead. I want them back because they are america. I want them back for various reasons but there has to be a reason behind it and if there aint i dont want them back.

@The enclave you gave a very good solid point with bringing up the Autumn. That proof that you showed me kicked me right in the face and it hurt. It just shows how much of them there really are left. But for you being a Enclave supporter you dont have much believe of them for the future...?

It is because he isnt a blind follower.

Like if, in some future Fallout game, all of Talon Company was nuked and it is confirmed that it was enough of them for them to fall apart, cease to exist, i would recognize that death.

I would like to see the Enclave change to a point were they no longer care that you arn't pure blood. Still the Enclave is to weak to become a power in another Fallout Game. A remnant group that lets you help them do something that is not "Take over the World" would be interesting. Just as long as they are just remnants that know they are dead as major power. They should not be brought back as a major power just so you to can get the chance to help in their plan to kill everything not Enclave. It would be the end of Fallout is they succeed. They are remnants now, nothing more. If you want them back as a small remnant faction with no plan to kill everyone that is one thing. Wanting them back as a Wasteland Super Power is another. Unless you want them back as apart of a former wasteland super power, I will support that

If they do come back as a super power "main bad guy" in a future game I demand Bethesda to do the Following.

Their new base is Acme Labs. Enclave President is "President Brain." His military leader is Colonel Pinky. At some point in the game Colonel Pinky asks President Brain. "What are we going to do tonight Brain?." and Brain responds "Samething we do every night Pinky. Try to take over the World!"

So soon? We have killed "the final majority" of them three times, in giant nuclear explosions or giant firefights. I think YOUR the one making drastic assumptions, using a lack of proof as the backbone of a lore-retconning argument.

Also Broken Steel ends with the BoS saying we will hunt down the remaining Enclave. It starts with "Finish off the Enclave threat once and for all."

I just want her to make sense and not be dragged out and added to constantly, I just want her to die off - the organisation, not the people whom I care about - before she becomes completeyl even more warped and into a complete travesty in comparison to the glory days that was Richardson's mere hours away from victory and 'the return of the earth to our children and to their children'.

@Styles, Lyon's also says that the Enclave field camps won't know about Adams AFB for months and that he wouldn't be surprised if the Enclave returned to the Capital Wasteland again someday; I always remember that because it makes me want to punch someone, for [censored]s sake Bethesda just let it end! I can't even begin to count the way that it makes no sense, I'll start though; months? Those camps have no contact, food, supplies, [censored] beds and they wouldn't suspect anything for months!?!

Those camps could just be scouting groups. Camps don't mean permanent bases. Just people that went out exploring. There were way to many Enclave in Fallout 3. Those Enclave out camping somewhere will return to BoS ready to gun them down. Or they will head to Chicago. Lyons will just go hunt them down.

Still it was just Bethesda's way of not backing their way into a corner. It is also an example of Bethesda's crap writing. Start out with saying "Finish off the threat once and for all" and then toss in "well there are still some out their camping."

I bet they are makin smores

@Ace: About the Enclave being "America" I think the NCR has that covered with the expansionist greed, and corrupt officials.

I love Pinky and the Brain as well. I am just making fun of the Enclave. The idea of the Enclave just coming back with the same goals over and over only to be destroyed over and over reminds me of Pinky and the Brain.
