I'll start:
So I'm coming from a game called MAG, if you're on PS3 you might have heard of it. It's an online team-based FPS and it's not as popular as it should be. Basically it's dying a slow death as less and less people play it so I was unbelievably happy to discover Brink a month or so ago. After playing MAG and getting involved in it's community, most other online shooters bore me. Killzone 3's fun online but just doesn't have the depth I need to keep me hooked. Brink on the other hand appears to have several layers of tactical depth and plenty of customisation. More importantly it rewards you like no other FPS game for teamplay and completing objectives. Furthermore, having been a part of MAG I know that it's when the game actually gets into player's hands that the real tactical depth is revealed - the developers never manage to explain all the possibilities so I can't wait to see what everyone can do in this game!
EDIT: I guess I should clarify, when I say what game are you coming from I mean what game(s) are you going to give up/play less in order to play a load of Brink? Or if like me you mostly tend to play one game online at a time then what game are you coming from and what is it that Brink offers that your previous game doesn't?
