What game(s) are you playing right now?

I appear to have more games than time.

Sure looks like it! Better that way though then the other way around.

I don't play single PC game actively right now. Currently only game I play weekly is Battletech, where I happen to act as GM
in roleplaying campaign with 4 friends.

The only game I'm really playing at the moment is Cave Story. And I'll probably stop, considering how ridiculously difficult the end boss is.

I've been trying out Daggerfall on this (not too new) computer. I haven't gotten very far. I joined the Fighters Guild and have been doing a few quests, but I can't seem to make enough money to really venture out much past Daggerfall City. I'm slowly losing interest. I know there are a ton of things to do, but like any game, it takes time and effort.
Downstairs on my main system (PC), I've been playing a lot of Morrowind with a ton of new textures and Vurts fablulous trees and overgrowth, grasses and stuff....using Morrowind Graphics Extender as well as other mods and it's like a whole new game. I've actually gotten lost in the Bitter Coast because it's so different. "Where are the landmarks?!?!?"
Have also been checking out Duke Patricks Combat Archery mod for Oblivion, because I love to play a Bosmer archer in that game. It's a lot of fun and a lot more challenging than the vanilla marksman system.

Waiting for Skyrim.....Bah on other game developers and systems. PC & Bethesda all the way.

It was pretty good, and had some great music too. I tried to replay it some years ago but the NPCs made out of three polygons convinced me otherwise  I'm not a graphics [censored], but i do have some standards. Good 2D beats bad 3D any day (see FF VI (or is it III?) vs FFVII).

On topic, i finally started Neverwinter Nights 2 that i bought last Steam christmas sale, someone spoiled the ending for me though
Spoiler
"rocks fall, everybody dies" :hehe:
Also've been continuing an old 2h warrior character in DA:Origins. NWN2 makes Origins look like "D&D for dummies", and Origins makes DA2 look like "Dragon Age for dummies" :lmao:

I own an old NES and SNES console with the first four Zelda versions plus some other games, but right now I'm only playing any Total War games mostly RTW-BI with a couple of mods on PC.

Besides that I don't know how many games I didn't played for years.

I came across a touch of extra money and had enough for an old or indie game. I looked at the Steam deals thread and found the website GoG. I looked around there for literally 3 minutes and found it...The first game I ever played with any amount of seriousness....The game that started me on the path to gaming. I haven't played it in nearly 13 years but it was sitting there, calling out to me. Being praised as the game modern RPG's took example from. The game that led me to buy Dragon Age: Origins.

Baldur's Gate. $10. Bought! Installed! Played! Dead.... God I've missed this game. I gave up hope of finding a copy without turning to Ebay or Craigslist.

I swear this game used to be easier. I'm pretty much crap at it now. Is it just me or are new games worlds easier than the old ones?

At the moment, all on PC: Assassin's Creed 2, Silent Hill 2, Crysis 2, and Lord of the Rings Online. I'm also (re-)playing Oblivion and Morrowind off and on.

Lots of games with "2" in the title there...

Galactic Civilization II, Space Empires and Gratuitous Space Battles mostly...

I seem to note a trend here :teehee:

Especially GalcivII, I'm hooked on designing space ships that resemble 18th century sailing ships.

I know, geeky :geek:

Minecraft and the Sims 3 with a few odd expansion packs.

I just finished Crysis 2...and I find that it has little replayability.

I'm knee deep in work right now, but I definitely need a game for next week....Dragon Age 2 maybe?

Almost done with Eternal Doom too, actually. Damn pretty and large maps for Doom, but full of "WTF i'm supposed to do now!?" design. And cyberdemons. Also Hexen, a Cyberdemon has nothing on http://doom.wikia.com/wiki/Heresiarch :hehe:

Right now I am playing Saiyuki Journey West. Its a great game, its based off of Journey to the West which inspired Dragonball. Theres a character in the game names Goku, who flies on a cloud, turns into a ape, and uses a extending pole as a weapon. It plays a lot like Final Fantasy Tactics.
