Majority of gamers own a console, consoles are limited in every hardware and software application due to the fact they were released more then 4 years ago and cannot be upgraded.
PC gamers have superior hardware and software, this game was designed to be bought by the masses thus limiting this game's evolution and improvements because the masses own a console. Due to the focus being on the masses and the console platforms, PC gamers get less then they could have had, so we are angry about it.

Surely that's Bethesda's fault though, not console owners. Some games get made on PC first and then ported to consoles, so it's not impossible.
I don't care about any platform other than the one I play on, what the 360 or PC players do or don't get doesn't bother me at all, as long as my game works fine.
