What games will you be moving onto?

Post » Sun Jun 30, 2013 10:07 pm

I haven't played these past few months as I am busy with other stuff. And to be honest, after the DLC was released, I don't want to play.

Other reasons would include post-release support, which was better than Crysis 2, but not a whole lot better.

I am going to miss Crysis 2 & 3 very much. I know people who played Crysis 2 for 4-5 months after release and then only popped in occasionally afterwards.

Sooner or later, both C2 and C3 will have less players than one would want to, they will die(unless they are already dead) and players will move onto different games.

What games will you guys move onto? I am sure many will say BF3/BF4 or some COD game, but neither of those will be Crysis-like, no cloak, armor mode, always on power mode, no nanosuit. Crysis 2/3 may be COD clones, but they were still fun, and I don't think any game can ever *truly* replace them.

Currently playing The Last of Us and it isn't a game it's an Art. If video games had Oscars TLoU would get all of them past, present and future.
As for long term SC2 because those additional supply depots will build themselves.

Does the game have a lot less cutscenes, QTEs etc after the beginning of the game? I've wanted to try that game but the amount of unskippable stuff and QTEs made me worried, and I don't want to spoil story to myself outside of that.

I'll probably move on to DoDonPachi Saidaioujou when I get that game. I could kiss all the other games goodbye when I get that game, because it looks like even better game than the other Cave shooters I have played ("only" three out of four of them are in my top 10 games list). I've already declared the game's soundtrack to be the best soundtrack ever too. :3
^ Not overhyped at all *cough*

I'll be doing the DayZ and Life MOD at Arma 3 Beta today... it's just that mod support on any game makes it 120% more cooler and fun.

Crysis 2 and 3 were pretty fun (Crysis 1 was epic). My friend and I are working on making an android app, so I'm going to be waiting for EA to release Battlefront (Battlefront 2 = Best Game Ever), though knowing EA they'll find a way to screw up the holy legacy of Battlefield =,(

Basically no QTE, cut scenes are there but they are mostly short.
