What is a good level to start The Pitt?

Post » Fri Dec 03, 2010 4:43 pm

I created a character to do the Pitt with. My plan is to RP that instead of going there willingly, she was really enslaved and sent there to work. What is a good level to go there at? I remember going to Point Lookout at level 10 with another character, and feeling way outclassed by those uber-hicks they have. I would like to try the Pitt at a lower level, but don't want to get in completely over my head.

Any level is fine, really. You're stripped of everything so it's balanced on what you get/find there. I was level five or so when I went, and had no problem.

I usually try to get there by level 11 or 12. By then I have worked up my small guns and sneak skills enough to be pretty effective in getting around fairly safely.

Sneak and being able to shoot straight will be helpful in the steelyard and the arena
