Crysis series exist for long time now, it's time to see what your thinking about gameplay's players, their behaviour, reputation...

Remember :
no naming and shaming please.

I don't know if a thread has already posted for this subject but guys, really, what is a ''good player'' for you ??!!

-A perform aim shooter ?
-A pro user of DSG/Reflex/scope
-A pro user marshall like ddeviuk14 (he use perfect others weapons )
-A player who is good with almost all weapons
-A player who is too strong (!) in face to face
-A player who always play the objective (+1 +1 +1+1 !!)
-A player who help newbie ?
-A player who switch team when unbalanced team is there
-A player who never rage for the choice weapon of his ennemy (server rules respected of course)
-A player who is friendly chatting with just ''hi all'' !
-and others, others...

Who is ''Bad player'' for you ??!
-A player with bad scores/stats
-A player who always use OP/OC weapons (rhino, bow, l(tag annoying...)
-A player who use laser ???? ( i use it -( i know i'm bad -(( ! I apologize !)
-A player who is the Best high score K/D ratio on every match
-A player who scared everybody cause never die (or almost ^^)
-A player who always rage vs AA, laser, Scar-laser+rapidfire...
-and others, others...

So,
What do you think ?!

To me, a good player:
- Is cunning. Instead of running around like a headless chicken the player moves in an unpredictable way and plans the next moves. The player can also "guess" enemies' next actions and counter them.
- Is useful for the team. The player knows his/her role during the match, for example, defends the relay when the team is too aggressive or tags enemies. The player also contributes to the match quite a lot.
- Can do well regardless of the loadout. The player doesn't need Maneuverability + Rapid Fire + Retriever and Rhino/Bow/etc. in order to do well, he/she is effective with pretty much any weapon class and module.

As for any sportsmanship behaviour like saying "gg" etc., I wouldn't call those kind of players good. I would call them the best players ever.

Is unconventional
Doesn't use AA,MIKE,Rhino,Feline etc...
Plays the objective
Doesn't spam
Isn't part of WEED (lol)
Doesn't hack,glitch, annoy others etc..
Deals with the incompetence of others
Sends hate mail to high end addicts that spam
Makes good use of underrated weapons
Plays for fun
Knows how to work as a team
Plays like a human and not a machine/addict
A player who doesn't care about stats
Has good team spirit
Isn't an annoying mic user

Soloed The S!CK clan including deathtone (number 1 in the world) While he was in a squad with 3 of his other S!CK clan members, Got mvp 5 times in a row, won 3 out of the 5 matches... Quite fun

Then after he accused me of map haxing & game modding LOL xD

To me a good player is someone who:

> Doesn't use JAW
> Doesn't use Swarmer
> Doesn't use Pinger
> Doesn't use Bow
> Doesn't use Rhino
> Doesn't use Pole
> Doesn't use Bolt Sniper / Mortar
> Doesn't use cheesy loadouts like Scar+laser + Maneuv + AA + Retriever

Yup, I'm pretty much saying that anyone who doesn't abuse all the broken stuff in this game is automatically a good player. Yeah, there's a LOT of broken stuff in this game and that's all Crytek's fault for being so retarded...but if you can stay away from that then you're a good player.

Doesn't matter how bad your aim/skill/awareness is. To me honesty, integrity and respect = good player.

Becoming 'skilled' is just a matter of spending hours, practicing and working hard...but not everyone has that many hours to spend. Remember, pretty much all great players have spent a LOT of hours playing the game to become that good. Almost everyone has the potential.

That's an addict for you, they will never accept defeat or a stubborn player who they can't make rage quit. (Not referring to you, I was talking about the clan).

I use a swarmmer on spammers. As for the pinger, that is just down right fun so I almost always use it, plus I'm the master at ripping fools out.

For me a good player is who has completed nanosuit reboot skill assessment.. And a bad player is who always play in squads.. =D

The only scenario where I use Swarmer is to kill a Pinger. All my other swarmers are dropped on the ground (in some obscure corner) where hopefully enemies don't find it

Meanwhile Pinger is just a shooting gallery. Point > click > they die > they can't kill you back > plasma burst to insta-kill people for giggles. Where's the fun/challenge? It's like having cheats on, I've seen people go 20-0 with it on open maps like Brooklyn.
Pinger has no place in an arena shooter, it's not like BF4 where both teams are given lots of vehicles and entire squads are armed with rockets.

Also I'd love to see how one hijacks a pinger that is 50 feet away from all ledges and is ready to stomp the moment anyone gets close. It's almost impossible to hijack a semi-decent driver.

I've easily hijacked several good players. Otherwise I hijack anyone. The only people that have put up a fight are some of my friends that know how I play and Hitman-AGC who is just good. I have loads of hijacks (140 at the moment).

So what you're saying is that a good player is someone who can use a glitched gun well?

The M.I.K.E is not OP. Before patch G I was one of the only people using the mike because of a youtube vid i saw. The reason it's good is because its easy to use and the majority of the other guns svck compare to it.

The MIKE is just as bad as the rhino. Lol, I remember a couple of days ago I sent some hate mail to some kid who had both a MIKE and a rhino on him, but the thing is he was rubbish with them. I destroyed him with a typhoon (which I'm totally useless with).

It's OP damage-wise as well. I was in one of those ultra rare, perfect matches where everything was as it should be and a guy with a MIKE and no lag as nearly OHKing everyone.
