Hi, this is my setup.

i-7 3770k 3.5ghz OC'ed to 4.2ghz
16GB RAM
Radeon HD7970

What graphics settings should I have it on as I experience choppiness and wanna try and tweak it to get the best out of the game.

I am running @ 2560x1440 rez as I have a gaming monitor.

Would I be better playing it on 1920x1080/1200 and probably being able to run all settings on MAX probably or am I better keeping the resolution and lowering the settings?

I have that same GPU and run maxed out in SP... @ 1920X1080. I would suggest cutting either your resolution or settings. Try medium, work your way up incrementally from there.

Remember the following things are going to be especially resource consuming, tweak as needed:

Anti-Aliasing
Post Processing
Motion Blur
Global Illumination
Shadowing
Reflections/Refractions (water, glass, etc.)
Displacement Mapping
Tessellation

So, what would be the best thing to do? Cut the resolution down or have the resolution @ 2560x1440 but sacrifice graphics settings? How many FPS should I be aiming for?
