Back to the subject, after you skin them and put on that Argonian boot, it feels soft and comfy around you foot. You don't want to take them off.
If my character do, he will get arrested by his imperial brother or sister for taking that boot off.

This thread is quite silly in my opinion. I mean really, people are basically asking for others to justify why they personally like a certain race, because they seem to lack the ability to comprehend why. On that same train of thought, what makes your chosen race so correct that you must ask us to justify ours as though it were somehow an incorrect decision in comparison to yours?

People like different things, it's as simple as that. I was not aware something that obvious had to be spelled out. :rolleyes:

Few reasons why I will mostly play Argonian


1. I LOVE their new visual art-style. Raptormen, just too awesome. It just clicks with me.

2. I prefer their racial abilities the most.

3. Always been a fan of the beast races, RP wise felt like a bigger challenge as the oppressed people.

My favorite race is Breton.... but i'll most likely make an Argonian playthrough as well because they're badass.

I picked just for s***s and giggles...they looked all weird, in a good way. You play as a human in 99% of games I can think of, so it was a change of scenery so to say.

Argonians are clearly the dominant race. We evolve the fastest, we have some the best survival skills, we have epic super computers tree's watching our back, and we're the most favored race in the Dark Brotherhood.

Oh, and we kicked the "Red Eye's" asses in Morrowind.

Dunmer are the favorite race actually. Argonians are second. The polls here are biased. There is a HEAVY Argonian population. Other forums are not like this. There is a reason we got a Dunmer Thief instead of an Argonian one back when they did that poll. 30,000+ people voted, That screen with the Dwemer looking Dunmer holding the two daggers is the result of that poll.

Dunmer and Argonians are the most popular. I love that. It makes the fact that there is already major conflict in the lore, more interesting. Of course the interesting parts are between the flamebait threads. I have not even looked through all the posts on this topic and can guess that it has become another arena for Argonian and Dunmer fans to argue in.

Why wouldn't they be great? A playable lizard race is pretty uncommon to my knowledge

I've always found this pretty cool as well. The two arguably "coolest" races are the ones that hate each other the most. I really find this interesting.
