What Gun Is This : Fallout 3

Trying to figure out which path to choose in the "OASIS" sidequest.

Found a cat that did a YouTube walkthrough of the quest. In his videos, he used a gun that I must have! It was in great condition, and he had a ton of ammo, and he was doin' work with it! It seemed to cause a pretty good amount of damage.

The best I could do was YouTube screen-captures.
Does ANYONE recognize this gun? What is it called, and where do I get it?

Gauss Rifle.

Get it over the course of Operation: Anchorage.

You must have the Operation: Anchorage add-on in order to go to the simulation.

its 1 ouit of 5 a dlc package alone it should cost like 10 bucks on the PS3 store

What he said. Each add-on alone is at least $10 per pack in the PlayStation Store. There is also a GOTY (Game of the Year) edition that has all the add-ons on the disc, however I heard that version had some problems.
