What Happened here! : Othor Games

I hadn't been here in a few months so I came back started a new profile, and I don't recognize anything!! Whats with the new format, Why are there so many games( used to just be fallout and elder scrolls), what happened to the fishy stick and purple drank! Would anyone care to explain what happened here?
