What happened to lots of voices?

Gah!! it's less obvious than oblivion but clones are still a problem! i think skyrim has maybe.. twice as many voices as oblivion had. They are shared throughout multiple races.

were we not told that we'd have 70 actors doing a hundred voices? I suppose we do have unique voices (ranging from excellent like ulfric and esbern and cicero to terrible like the important dumner in the thieves guild. There are a few people who you cant really be sure on if they have a unique voice or not) But common voices are rather limited

What's with all the cloned npcs?
-every single town guard sounds the same
- all ghosts say the exact same thing (this isnt what i want!)
- There is a bit (not quest related) that involves rescuing three female nordic vampires who all repeat the same two lines (and also have the same face)
- If you conjure you will notice the limited lines of the dremora

People say the same things over and over again. (i hope you brought some coin?)
some voices just dont match people. It's realy odd seeing a stone faced nord with the voice often given to male elves.
facial movement is terrible (so is body language)

Plus
-why cant i converse with my summons? Why cant i talk with dremora about dremora culture?
WHY DON'T DUMNER SOUND LIKE DUMNER?!?!?! They were supposed to be cursed by azura!! (nothing to do with the ash) Dumner in both oblivion and skyrim have been dark skinned and red eyed elves somewhere between bosmer and altmer!! They just arent unique! morrowind and redgard gave them amazing voices that realy made them cursed!!
- why do falmer not talk? (in falmer)
- why do dragons not shout? Fire comes out of their mouth but it's not really a shout is it?
- Shouts.. well.. it would have been better if they got echos right. Draugr shouts always echo whilst the player's never do!

Someone need to realize you can't get everything perfect in this world, you are trying to make a huge game to be come much bigger, and trust me this "bigger" have no limit like the size of universe.

if any game in this world try to make something to be perfect, and that game will never get released

I'm so not worried about voices. The constant need fort more voice acting severely limits the amount of content and customization allowed in the game. Wanna know why no one changes their behavior after you compete the main quest? It would have cost to much for all new lines of dialogue. The need for voice dialogue us the single most limiting factor to this style of game. If you [censored] fit more Bethesda might ruin the game completely listening to you.
