The girl in the last mission is Helena, the hostage...
And what's funny about that is that the entire island was covered in an ice globe yet they go back there in the VTOL where everyone has nanosuits except Helena xD Which means she died, which explains why she wasn't in Crysis 2
And my theory on Nomad and Psycho is that they commited suicide after accidentally killing Helena, and Prophet decided to live for their sakes, until he decided he couldn't bear it anymore and let himself get infected by a deadly virus
(nearly said deadly neurotoxin then xD I've been playing too much Portal 2. You hear that Crytek? I've been playing a GOOD game that has a storyline which relates to the first game)
