In the demo when Todd walked past the Giants outside Whiterun there was an option to talk to the Giant, but that never got into the game. Anybody know why?

Also while we're at this, I remember Todd saying something like an "Elven Glass Sword" or something, was this ever a thing?

I don't think there's much to talk about with Giants...

Perhaps the elves invented glass weapons and armour... I don't know much TES lore sadly...

But I do remember seeing the talk to the giant option in the demo - I wanted to talk to one. Needless to say, the first giant I ran up to to say hello swatted me into space. Hehe.

I’m not sure either, I remember seeing the exact same thing you did. But at the same time they where playing a modded version of the game. If you notice he’s a level 37 with 999 health.

There's a talk option for bandits too, that doesn't mean you can talk to them.

As for the elven glass sword, that's just glass sword. The design is similar to elven, but made from vulcanic ore instead of.. elves..

I think he showed that to trick us into running up to giants, expecting a conversation. :hehe:

"Guh"

"Fire BAD!!!"

You can still see the option. You just can't activate it, nor could you in the past.
