the dunmer earned what they got and besides the sacking of morrowind happened long ago in skyrims timeline by now solstheim has become there home.

The Dunmer live long lives, and many of those alive even 160 years later would have grown up in Morrowind.

how does attacking a people struck by disaster equal an honest victory? Those dirty lizards took advantage of a situation they had no part of creating, they are not strong, merely cowards waiting for a chance to strike. My Dunmer will hunt every single dirty scale covered filth in skyrim down and teach him his and all his race's rightful place, as slaves to the dunmer.

sorry mate a victory is a victory, and you know what they say, you snooze you lose

IMO the Argonian attack on Morrowind was an amazing addition to the series' lore.

I hope that this whole "Nords welcomed the Dunmer refugees with open arms" thing is just a nasty rumor, seems wierd they'd forget their grudge against Mer.

PS Dunmer svck ass.

What happens is nothing, silly trees. This is what happens when a giant rock crashes into your home, a volcano erupts and dirty reptiles come in like mongrels to have a bite

You can't be attacked by former slaves if there were no slaves to begin with. The Dunmer created an enemy for themselves by their own actions. Those Dunmer, who had nothing to do with enslaving the Argonians should if anything blame others of their own kind for ruining things for the rest of them.

No, I don't wonder, that is what you can expect from such lowly lifeforms as these pathetic reptiles, only a coward kicks a man while he's down.

Seriously though, I'm really looking forward to seeing some tension between Argonians and Dunmers in skyrim, could make for some really interresting conversations ^^

yah because the Dunmer would have helped the argonians if they had a similar disaster.... not really

the Dunmer were already kicking the argonians when they were down, what did they expect from a race they enslaved and slaughtered for centuries!!!! love and understanding!!!, they consider argonians to be animals....

and you know what they say.... pay back is a [censored]

never did like the Dunmar, kind of glad to see them get their due. let my chosen people rise up and sweep away all that would claim to be their masters. rise Argonians, rise up and claim your destiny.

ok that asside it brings up a question. with their be slaves in Skyrim like there was in Morrowind. ones you can purchase and have work in your home?

not that i would do this since i would probly try to free them despite the fact that i plan on joining the Dark brotherhood as soon as possible.

Do men not use horses for their own goals? Does the farmer not use cows for milk? In the same manner the dunmers used the simple argoanian people, gave their simple minds purpose, something to foces that limited minds upon. Such is merely the nature of life.

Vivec the fake god scum abandoned the Dunmer to their fate, if i ever get my hands on that backstabbing, murdering, witty, slimy, poetry writing bastard i'll fleece him alive and carve "LORD NEREVAR" into his rotting skin.

Vivec lost his powers when Nerevarine destroyed the Heart of Lorkhan...and plus it's only speculation that he has CHIM.

btw this should be in lore.

The Dunmer do not consider the Argonians to be animals. They consider them to be lizards... beasts. Which they have shown themselves to be.

It definitely presents some good morality questions.

Not every Dunmer in Morrowind was for slavery. (Also, not every resident of Morrowind was a Dunmer!)

Does the entire nation deserve to be wiped out/conquered because of the practices of some? Compare it to the real-life U.S. today and slavery of the past.

Nearly all the Argonians here already killed a Hist. in fact your kind is full of Hypocrisies. The Fighters guild anyone? You killed that hist tree!! You are all guilty! And to make it worst. your kind brought it to Leyawin AND corrupted it. You sold your own kind into slavery as well. Sigh. Ignore my points though, Go ahead. I would love if you tried to refute them though.

the various natural disasters where nothing but a beneficial coincidence. the argonians still would have attacked even if there where no natural disasters the disasters just made it easier. the dunmer threatened the very existence of the argonians by killing a hist which the argonians need to consume the sap of when they are young so they can become one of the many breeds of sentient argonian be it sarpa paatru naga archein or agaceph to kill a single hist is almost extinction the dunmer are lucky they still live.

They may well have attacked, and would've been welcome to it, more workers for the fields.

Indeed. In a way however, the Dunmer still came out with a victory despite what happened. The Argonians were once a simple and mostly timid people content to live their own lives, after all the Dunmer had done though, it changed them. They learned a thing or two from their "masters"...for better or for worse.
