I dunno, they just weren't mentioned in New Vegas. But the president has access to a vertibird, so maybe they integrated.

Dunno there hasn't been any word on what happened to them. Absorbed into the NCR most likely.

Either they were absorbed into the NCR, had a peace treaty, or were defeated years before.

I'm hoping for peace treaty.

San Francisco was mentioned in New Vegas. The Doc that asks you to bug the Lucky 38 is from there, if I remember it right.

I would like some metion of the Shi as well. Are they allied with NCR? Did NCR annex them? or is the Shi Empire independent?

The Vertibird could have easily been a altered Enclave Vertibird taken from the Navarro ruins.
