What happened to this promise Bethesda?

There seems to be several factors to this.

That they need to like you well enough to even talk about it. The only way you can currently make things like you more is by questing or doing favours for them. You don't do that for any of the Caravans.

At the moment, you can't really Woo any of the said NPCs into persuasion, thereby not being able to marry them.

Perhaps the system is there, and there's just the lack of NPCs.

No Male Redguard either :(
Or Khajit.
Lacking for roleplay purposes.

Id like a warrior or rogue to accompany my Dunmer spellsword.

I'm really tired of people who bring in the equality card in order to provoke people into responding. Then conveniently list out the rules in the pretense of having a thread that promotes constructive criticism.

If you really wanted constructive criticism, how about you start with yourself? Stop playing the race card or the gender card, bring up stuff like equality when it has nothing to do with it. It's obvious this could be an oversight, because if they have already allowed something as controversial as gay marriage, why would they then deliberately offend you with something minor like the lack of khajit or bosmer companions?

Hey I can't find an Argonian except as bandits. That must mean Bethesda is racist and is discriminating against certain players.

I'm gonna ignore threads like this.

O jeesh this is silly.
You might as well call the ACLU and tell them your civil rights have been violated.

You wouldn't be blaming me for listing the rules if you have been here before the moderator removed some of the worst posters, who blatantly broke with more than 1 of the rules. I'm just asking to stay within the set rules.
Also, go back and read the previous pages, you obviously only respond to the last one you see. This has nothing to do with companions.
All your arguements have already been taken care of.

Read before posting.

We have game crashing glitches, game breakers, people having they're save files corrupted and your mad because you can't marry a certain race of people. THEN you pull out the racism card. Look, I'm all about getting into a game... but come on.

Look, there's already threads for game crashes and all that. This is a different issue, an issue that should be fixed.
Oh and btw. Have you been to skyrim lately?
Racism exist there, so don't blame me for considering if that would have any effect on certain races being able to marry. Then to come to the conclusion of "no, it would not affect them".
