What's happening? D: : V

I opened up skyrim as per normal. The first time an error popped up about the resolution or something. It seemed to happen after I installed the texture pack DLC. I deleted the skyrim and skyrimpref, disabled the DLC texture pack, and started the game up again. When the error first happened the screen never popped up at all, just a error, but after removing the files the screen loaded up to the bethesda screen then afterwards it crashed, but no error of any sort occurred. This has never happened to me before. I run windows 10 [ which has been working for me with skyrim ] with intel core i3 and a 64 bit system. Can someone please explain to me how to fix this problem? I have came so far will all the quests and I'd be devastated if all that work went to waste.

P.S~ I have a couple of mods, but not too many.

Are you using the unofficial patches? If you are, did you remember to disable the patch for the HD texture DLC when you disabled the DLC files themselves?

A hair mod

A lighting one [ It doesn't effect anything really ]

Meeko reborn and just a few bug fixes. Nothing major.

Please post all your mods and the load order hopefully sorted by Loot.

Also include any and all texture mods you are using and if you are using an ENB or Enbboost.

Before you installed the texture pack, has Skyrim been working correctly with W10 ???
