After reboot when my friend wanted to take his SCAR Mod 2, he had all unlocks on it ... Bug or it's the result to get the dogtag of it ?

because by me , 50kills with the typhoon missed me before reboot and after done it, i got to remake all skills .ok for that was the warning message.

now i'm ready to reboot a second time but it miss me always some kills to get the dogtag , if i finish it before reboot will this count ? and will i get the 10000xp for it too ?

I never reboot because my achievements. Now don't collect dogtags if will, also weapons and attachments ok. My has 3000 bow kill, is it reboot as well or not?

Personally reboot a bad idea, if you will, what I get... Simply works not for I. Level up modules again then is pain in ass. Have no weapon again, not well gameplay.
