iM level 41 and am known as Messiah. Which is pretty cool ive finished all the dlc things. Also how do you Go from a soft hearted Devil to Neutral with the NCR? what quests can you do? Thx again

Vanilla NV is 30, each addon is +5, so with NV and all addons, it is 50.

There are a lot of NCR quests you can do. Ask around Camp McCarran, Helios One, Camp Golf, Camp Forlorn Hope etc.http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Portal:Fallout:_New_Vegas

Once you reach the (maximum) neutral status there is no going back to neutral. basically you've done some good and some bad things to the NCR and they won't forgive you.
