What ideas do you think/hope they'll incorporate from curren

Since they incorporated weapon mods, hardcoe mode, iron sights, etc. into New Vegas it seems like they do take ideas from popular mods. So do you think they'll incorporate any of the ideas from popular Fallout3/Oblivion mods into Skyrim? If so what mods are you hoping they'll take a few notes from?

I think they will and here's a couple I'm hoping we'll see something similar to.

- hardcoe mode: I hope they'll have this again. It helps me get into the role of the character.

- Deadly Reflex: Knockdowns, gore, special moves, finishing moves. It makes the combat much more satisfying then clicking the mouse several times and casting a few spells till they fall to the ground. Some people can argue that this is an RPG not a hack n' slash adventure. While that is true and I wouldn't want a God of War clone, I think Deadly Reflex did a good job of retaining the RPG roots and not getting too crazy.

- Darker Nights/Dungeons: Makes being a stealthy/evil character that much more fun skulking around in shadows.

- Thieves Tools: Putting out light sources, distraction, knocking out guards, vine arrows, etc. Makes the life of a thief easier and a adds a bit more variation to encounters than just sitting in shadows, waiting for guards to look elsewhere.

My list could go on and on but would like input from other people.

Indeed. That alone is going to revolutionize the way House Mods are going to be done.

I actually do believe they drew a lot of inspiration by looking at mods in the player modding community. At least it sure does seem that way so far.

There was a little known mod called "everlasting corpses" in which all the named NPCS did not disappear after they were killed.
I killed every one in the game with this mod enabled. It had no effect on load times whatsoever.

There was another mod that made blood accumulate on you from all the killings. It could be washed by swimming and or cloths.

Finally, there was a "larger orcs and nords" mod. Hope that makes the cut... identical bodies were ridiculous, I want to be able to cotrol height, fatness, musclness, limb length.
Phantasy star online still has the best body-size-customization i've seen in a game and it's for freaking DREAMCAST.

Capes and Cloaks (obvious)
Portable Campsite
At Home Alchemy
Cyrodiil Transportation System
No Psychic Guards
some kind of hardcoe mod idea, at least as an option

..either way, if none are implemented, that's what mods are for

I've never been a fan of darker nights. I don't find it realistic at all. The world is, outside of human influence, rather bright at night. Especially with the moon out. It's only light pollution and air pollution from big cities that makes things darker.

Games that do realistically bright nights with moon shadows I find to be the most immersive.

Book jackets - fantastic mod where every book cover had a unique texture
Harvest flora - when you pick a plant the part you harvest disappears on the plant (until it grows back in 3 days). This is already present in New Vegas (but that's not Bethesda)
Hopefully attractive potion bottles - mod that makes every potion bottle look awesome (they aren't all different but it adds enough to make it seem that way)

Definitely Deadly Reflex. It's an invaluable addition.

And I'm seriously hoping they make a return to the Morrowind-style quests - NO markers (or at least optional), and journal entries you actually have to READ. There is a mod for Oblivion, The Golden Crest (look for it on TESNexus), that brings it back with great effect, and was definitely one of the best quest mods, actually any mods, that I have played.
