Maybe, someone could Shouts that dragon back to the Oblivion.

In Skyrim, shouts are basically a very manly, warrior-like kind of magic. Pretty cool if you claim to play a true warrior. Not so important if you play a female thief who are using magic to improve her skills.

In real live, I mostly would help to push-start cars with Fus-Ro-Da, so I don't need to take the beer out of my hand. But most probably, my the car-owners would talk this out of my mind before I could even try...
