So, anyone already have plans for their Skyrim characters?

i know it is a year away, but i can dream, can't i?

As i ALWAYS am a sneaky thief archer in all my Morrowind and Oblivion playthroughs, this time i figure i better change things up..

and what a better place than Skyrim to do it!

I figure i will be a big burly Nord so i can handle the cold, and there is not too much sneaky about a giant drunk red-headed viking wielding an uber-axe!

ha-HA!

I plan on taking on challenges head on this time around, instead of lurking around in the shadows, i will charge in where wood elves fear to tread!

Yup, I'm gonna be all Ale drinking and wench carousing, telling stories by the inn fireplace inbetween my epic adventures in SKYRIM!!!

I'm going to be a Nord assassin, just like I was in Oblivion. I'll even continue the family name of the Bolthiem clan. There's Hrongar, hero of Morrowind, Vladimir, hero of Cyrodiil, and I haven't decided what I want my Skyrim Nord to be named. I'll want to distinguish myself in the available guilds before I even touch the main quest, that way my influence will be more important if I'm an established figure in the region.

Probably a knight, like in TES III and TES IV. What race I'll be, I'm still figuring it out. At least I'll have plenty of time to decide.

Probably a Nord or Dunmer.

I'm thinking either my usual dunmer spell-sword custom class destroyer of worlds

Same here. If a Nord, then a native and probably some variation on a Battlemage of sorts. If a Dunmer, I'll most likely play a Nightblade or something along those lines. The Dunmer will be displaced from Morrowind (or the child of parents displaced depending on the time difference).

A Jack of all trades Argonian named RoflLizard. Like in Oblivion.

Probably my usual racist Dunmer assassin or spell-sword.....throw in a bit of Azura worship as well.

Nord Warrior. First run-through of Morrowind and Oblivion was with one, so I gotta continue the tradition on to Skyrim.

Probably going to play a Nord warrior.

In Morrowind I was a Dunmer, in Oblivion I was an Imperial, so might as well continue the theme of choosing the native class and going Nord for Skyrim.

Elf Archer/Thief, and undoubtedly a few alts as well.

A Breton magician or Archer. Mabye an Assassin then a Knight on my other playthroughs.

I'll be a Cyrodil, as I always am. I will alternate between melee and magic depending on interests, and I do hope the Legion and Cult are playable factions once more.

Most likely going to be a warrior, like I am in all games! However, I'm thinking of throwing some type of range in there. I always seem to find myself in a situation where I'm like "Dude, I want to snipe that person right now." but I can't because if I hit him, it'll be like a Nerf Gun.

My first character is going to be the same as my first character in all fantasy RPG's, the same name that I use on here and he will be an Imperial, custom "Mercenary" class.

For my second character though I think I will be a light blue/white (if we can change skin tones again) Argonian who specalizes in short blades and frost magic.

Look at my name. Speaking of which, if I encounter myself in Skyrim one of us is going to die.

I really like the idea of it being a family of these epic heroes. Personally, I've always played an Argonian assassin, He-Walks-Alone. But I think for Skyrim I have to create some kind of legendary Nordic warrior for my first playthrough. It just seems to make the most sense from an RP standpoint (for now, maybe we'll learn something later that changes this?).

My first (real) character is always a Nord lady of the rogue/thief/assassin type, and I intend to stick to it. I'm still a little conflicted as to whether or not she should use any magic, though. Maybe I'll join the Mage's Guild as an alchemist?

I will play a Dunmer, hopefully... my usual somewhat amoral, sneaky type.

Definitely going to be a Dark Elf or Nord, probably a Battlemage or Spellsword of some sort. Nords work well because Skyrim is obviously their homeland, and who doesn't love living among their own people? On the other hand, Dark Elves and Nords have been enemies for centuries, so there could be a lot of interesting roleplaying possibilities there.

I am excitebike for this game.

Broken-Scale is gonna make a trip to Skyrim!! Then I'll play a drunk of a Nord named Rolf.

As I've mentioned previously on the forums, I will gladly be resurrecting my character: Thor. He was the first character I created for Morrowind as well as the first one I created for Oblivion. He's just a generic Nord Barbarian really but he is jam-packed with nostalgia and this is his home country after all.
