I would love to tell you about my character but I can't stop to chit-chat now.

First name: Cyrus

Last name: Dralas (family name of the adoptive father)

race: Nord (a more tanned skin than the average nord and dark hair due to dilluted redguard heritage)


personality:

A calm and intelligent mind contrast with his big stature and imposing demeanor. he learned from his adoptive dunmer father everything from combat to blacksmithing, although his father wanted to teach him more in the ways of fencing he found that Cyrus was attuned to use 2 handed blades and so he often sent him on specific hunts in order for his son to improve himself.


Parentage:

Cyrus's adoptive father was in his youth a wandering fencer and scholar, he often visited cities in order to visit their libraries and challenge passing warriors. approaching his 100 years of life he was sent to morrowind in chains as a slave and worked his way up until he was allowed by the argonians limited freedom to keep researching for them.


Brief Biography:

found as a baby on the shores of Morrowind in the arms of a dead nord captain. A dunmer passing by noticed this morbid scene and came near to take a better look, as he investigates the captain's body he finds an ancient medallion that seems to have been crafted in skyrim, in the back he finds an inscription with the name Cyrus. "Curious" -the dunmer thought to himself- though the medallion is from skyrim the inscription is written in the old redguard's language, he then takes a look at the infant and sees that he is on the brink of death. Unphased by its cries the dunmer turns back and starts to walk away... as he distances himself from the shores he is struck by a powerful force in the back, making him lose his footing and look back, he looks to the baby surprised to see a torn trail of ground rock with the unconscious infant at the end, "I can use him to leave this wretched place" - the dunmer though to himself - and brought the infant with him to the small town of Gnaar Mok.


Years have passed, and young Cyrus grew amongst the dunmer slaves and argonians learning everything he could from his adoptive father who often sent him on hunts and odd mercenary jobs and while Cyrus was a formidable fighter, he never saw him recreate that shockwave from all those years ago. the rest of the village shunned Cyrus due to his heritage and often warned the father to abandon or even kill him in fear of a possible betrayal, the father knew that in time the villagers would lose their patience and drive Cyrus, if not them both, out from the village in slavery or worse...
one night, the father called the young nord to their home saying he had something important to show him, he showed Cyrus all the books and scrolls he had collected over the years, all of them describing Nord and redguard history as well as culture, he told Cyrus that the time to leave the village was coming near and that they would have to prepare for the inevitable outcome.


after a few weeks, it was time to leave morrowind and head towards skyrim, in search of knowledge and a better life away from the slavery of the argonians.
weeks, maybe months later at sea, the father and his son reached the shores of skyrim disguised as a nord slaver and his dunmer slave. the ploy worked well enough for them and they managed to travel the roads fairly safely, until cyrus was ambushed by dunmer rebels who took his father and slashed Cyrus's face cutting out his right eye, the attack left Cyrus unconscious and the rebels disappeared as fast as they came leaving him with nothing but rags on his back. Cyrus then wakes up in a prison, apparently the guards recognized him when he came into shore and after a bit of investigation they learned that Cyrus was not a slaver but rather a mer sympathizer and was awaiting execution for it, this accusation left Cyrus laughing at the irony of it all.
what happens next is yet to be told...

Female, Altmer, Mage. In prison for necromancy and illegal activities connected to it Not good or bad per see, but out for herself, and a bit paranoid. Values power before anything else.

My character can't talk, so when he got caught at the border, he couldn't tell the guards that he's actually a Nord slave who broke free and are returning to his homeland... They mistook his silence for insubordinance and he is summarily sent to execution.

What his/her background? He was born & raised in a wealthy family, loved sports, love for sword play and archery, very good education.

Why he/she in prison and about to be executed? Caught crossing the border.. Duh.

What will they look like? Handsome (Not really sure just not like a troll or old hag).

Will they get romance in SKYRIM? Yes.

What will their reaction will be when they see a dragon attacking a city? To save them (I'm not gonna let a dragon soul go to waste).

I will be an Imperial Thief/Assassin. I was put in prison and ready to be executed for murder. I have killed many, they only just spotted my latest kill. I am a hero, but an assassin at the same time. Some actions are for justice, some are for the benefit of me and my spouse. :gun:

Edit: My second time around, I will be a Breton Barbarian. Third, probably a Dunmer thief.

Whatever i feel i will benefit from most,im not too big on sticking with one type of character for the duration of the game,adapt and survive.

A hero of the northern mountains looking to help others get retribution and justice (and of course whippin' some scaly dragon ass).

EDIT: Born high in mountains of Skyrim. He grew up in a small, isolated, tightly knit, village with only his family and friends. Sten grew up with his mother, a skilled healer, and his father, who was once warrior. The village had been there for hundreds of years and there were rumors that there was a magical relic that the village was built to protect in the first place but everyone in the village was too busy worrying about daily life to care. Eventually the rumors must have spread into the one the larger cities perhaps http://uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Dawnstar or http://uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Winterhold. Then, one day a cult of necromancers attacked the village and slaughtered everyone including Sten's family. He was the sole survivor and managed to kill one of the necromancers. He searched him and found tomes and notes that described the group as worshipers of http://uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Vaermina and believed the village to protect an artifact of the prince. Sten tracked some of the necromancers and managed to kill one in one of the major cities but was discovered and arrested.

Race: not sure but Khajiit is my first choice, Wood elf if female Khakiits don't look good in the game.

History: a beginner ranger who does her best to do what's right. She earns the ire of a noble that uses her as a scapegoat for the murder of a Rival an is sent to Skyrim.

Who is your character? Imperial named Kraven Desselius.

Is he/she badass, a hero or some beggar? Former renown slave gladiator champion. Fought in the games around Tamriel such as exotic places like Hammerfell and Morrowind's Vivec Arena, as well as the arena in Kvatch and the Imperial City arena.

What his/her background? Born into a simple family living in a farm, Kraven grew up around animals. He fished for food, hunted rabbits and sometimes deer to provide for the family when he was but eighteen years of age. His abusive father only returned home drunk to beat him and his mother after spending their gold in betting and gambling, getting involved deep within Cyrodiil's underworld. Wasn't long before he waged something he could not afford to give, his home. Eventually, the crime syndicate found him and decided to sell him and his son for slavery, since both would finely pay the cost. Kraven and his father were shipped and smuggled to Morrowind, sold to one of the Great Houses. Kraven eventually became a gladiator after getting into fighting habits with other slaves in the mines and fields.

Why he/she in prison and about to be executed? Crossing the border, like the game has it. Why he crossed the border? Escaping for a new life.

What will they look like? Like http://www.queerty.com/wp/docs/2010/01/Barca-2.jpg, but a tad bit more muscular and younger. With long, conan-like hair.

Who is your character? Imperial, Veronica Darksky

Is he/she badass, a hero or some beggar? Lycanthropic Bounty Hunter.

What his/her background? Born into a cursed family of hereditary Lycanthropes, Veronica was graced with the dormant curse of Sanies Lupinus. Living in a household with her step-mother, father and grandfather along with her sister and a handful of servants, her and her grandfather were the only ones with the condition. Murders and gruesome deaths plagued the Great Forest and most surrounding villages blamed wild bears while others suspected a darker creature. After discovering that she was a werewolf, it was too late. She transformed one night while her sister went in search for her in the woods. Veronica killed and devoured her own sister. Depressed and stricken nearly to death, she almost took her own life, but then found there was more to it. She embraced Lycanthropy after careful consideration and left her manor, leaving her family behind out of safety that her grandfather would not be discovered as well. She remained in Cyrodiil for one year, slowly rising up in skill and finally becoming a bounty hunter. After getting into a tavern brawl, she accidentally killed an Imperial Legion captain and escaped to Skyrim where she would be in hot pursuit against an escaped gladiator slave with a similar condition, Kraven. Her life drastically changed after that.

What will they look like? Lithe, but strong. Long blond hair and golden eyes. White skin, but not overly pale.

These are my two extra character's I've been working on. I even got a fanfiction involving the two of them in the Elder Scrolls fanart section. Since I don't know if Lycanthropy is in, I might not create them. Instead I will add their late son, Vesspa.

Appearance: Veylen is an old Dunmer man, with long Grey/White hair and a rough looking goatee, he also has several scars over his body due to his time in the Dunmer army.
Specialization: Battlemage.
Favored Skills: Destruction, Restoration, One handed(Sword), Light Armour, Enchanting, Alteration.
Factions: Undecided, might help the Companions and College of Whispers.
Backstory/How did you end up in prison: Veylen lived in a village near Mournhold during the events of the Red Year, he lost his wife and two daughters to the Argonians and was taken captive as a prisoner of war after he fought valiantly and killed several of the invaders. Eventually after many years he escaped and travelled through Morrowind, to find nothing but a barren landscape, ever since these events he had a grudge against the Argonians, he travelled to the Imperial City, and lived there for a while. However, he could find no peace, often getting into trouble due to his new drinking habits and hate for the Argonian people. Eventually forcing him to travel around from place to place. After a while he decided to sober up and visit the Dunmer refugees in Skyrim. When he was near the border of Skyrim he came across a group of Argonians. They insulted and taunted him, this reminded him of the Red Year and his time as a prisoner. He snapped and killed them all without mercy, several travellers saw this and reported it to the guards who were stationed further down the road. He was arrested and sentenced to death.

Name: Njord Drekisbane

A commoner.

Born in 4E 172, Njord was born to a farming family whose names were unknown. At the age of 15, his parents were killed when a rampant mammoth was killing people near Whiterun. Since then, he has been a wanderer, using basic sword fighting skills from his father (who was once a soldier). Now 28 years old, he is awaiting execution for attempted illegal border-crossing.

Awaiting execution by attempting to escape to the safety of the Jerall mountains. Caught by border guards.

Brown hair, blue eyes and physically fit due to exercise. Pretty much the average Nord.

Once saw a tavern maid, and instantly fell in love. She too, has feelings albeit the both of them can't admit it.

He would try to fight the dragon, in honor of his title: Drekisbane (Dragonslayer).

Sorry man, I won't vote in your poll since you obviously disrespect the beast races. You could easily spell their names correctly (like you did for all the other races) by simply checking one of the 10001 other poll threads in this forum, for example searching by the word "race poll" "race character", etc. You simply can't be that far as "Arogoaion" from Argonian, sorry :swear:

Reason for jailing: Assassination of Jauffre, fall of the blades, (yes I know Skyrim is 200 years past Oblivion and THAT's why....) a couple weeks passed, and on his way to Bruma. (A contract to kill a old guy in a home) he was caught by a mage. The mage walked up to him and froze him in time, his age stopped and he could not be harmed by attacks. The mage brought him up to the mage's tower, the mage was secretly a necromancer. The necromancer tried to experiment on him, but was called out to fight the Deadra. So the Necromancer forgot about Yuri and left him in the tower. The Mage died during the death of Mehrunes Dagon. As the years passed a random gang of Nord guards brought Yuri to the college in Skyrim. It took them a long time to have Yuri go with time again, eventually. (Skyrim's time) They succeded and then threw him in the dungeon for questioning.

A Nord who killed some criminals. Pretty much a good person, but sort of a badass who kicks your ass if you [censored] with him :toughninja:

Hrol is a Nordic Crusader who travel Tamriel while hunting evil creatues and outlaws. After taking the life of a supposed member of the Order of the Black Worm he was arrested for the murder of ine of the College of Winterholds field researchers., and sentenced to death.

I actually wrote a 2000 word story on the bloodline and story of my Oblivion/Skyrim character (they're related) Shows how insanely excited I am about Skyrim :celebration:

At first I was going to think along the lines of not speaking on account of being a slave that was never spoken to or in front of (some solitary mine and some shackles) and then eventually, during the course of his travels learns some Nordic... But I rather like that basic dragon language thing
