Murder everybody inside and outside of the Goldenglow estate and reclaim it for his/hers own? Tommy Vercetti from Vice City did this to Ricardo Diaz. What kind of personality would that char have and how could this go unnoticed to the authorities in Skyrim?

I think if your claiming Goldenglow to yourself (not involved with the TG quest I assume) and want some reasoning and personality behind it, well any protagonist from a GTA's personality would work. A self interested criminal of sorts who need a hub to work form. Selfish, driven, confident, and has a sort of bravado about him. Just some ideas to help.

The Sneak skill is the only way I know of keeping things..... under wraps...
