Introduce two cults:
A Cult of Lorkhan

There was a self proclaimed priestess of Lorkhan in late 3rd era Whiterun. Pity there was nothing on it more then that.

I want to see more obscure lore in the game itself.

Maybe have Vivec appear again for a cameo for a minute.
