Kind of a spin-off on summon ice wraith. It was inspired by Namira's quest where you cast the spell on the priests that puts out their torches and makes them get swarmed by the forgotten ones. Basically it would be a spell that you shoot, and when it hits (has to hit a living thing not an inanimate object or landscape) a target, ice wraiths materialize around them and just absolutely decimate them. Obviously a very, very advanced spell that would probably require some questing too.

I pretty much want to be able to summon any creature I see that is not super unique. But not stupid things like summon deer.

I'd like my own Dragon spell. I mean you're the dragon born, you need some anti-dragon weapons or dragon vs dragon spells. It makes complete sense.
