I haven't been here in a while, so post any updates on things that we [should] know about. I'll start with the really obvious ones, and add to the list as people post replies:

- The Elder Scrolls V is comming out in 11. 11. 11
- It is set in Skyrim
- It involves a Civil War
- TES V is a sequel to Oblivion
- There will be Dragons
- Improved Radient AI

well theres been what reported in foriegn magazines (foriegn from america at least) but some of which has been reported seems a little confused and based on mistranslation, not mentioning the obvious thing in which there is confusion about because there is already been a million topics about it and as soon as its mentioned it changes the topic.

Lets try to keep it official. As much as I want to add no spellmaking, it hasn't been officially confirmed or denied.
