and he said it was already confirmed which it isnt

it already available if you go to "pause" menu you can change load-outs there. or are you talking about customizing the custom loadouts?

idk if anyone had already seen the information about the multiplayer leveling but i was curious. this is what i had found.
that the max level is 50 and you are able to reboot up to 5 times. this is cryteks version of prestiging

when you reboot you are able to gain better gear and dog tags
