What level do you start any DLC?

I have looked for this subject, to no avail. So, I'm curious as to what level you entered each of the DLCs and at what difficulty you played them on.

I have just started a new playthrough, after a 9 month break, and can't remember what I had done before. I usually play on normal setting. I started this character on very hard, it is proving to be tuff fight, for the gunner. Ammo is getting thin.

I do remember having a hard time with TP and PL, but nothing major. PL posed more of a challenge.

OA was not bad. I think I entered it around level 10.

BOS was a breeze as my character was maxed out.

MZ was so difficult I just quit. I had planned on trying again, at a higher level, but never returned.

I know there is no shame in turning down the difficulty, but I started this way and would like to finish it. It's almost to the point where it's unrealistic though.

I play on Normal difficulty and usually with mods to increase combat difficulty and add more enemy spawns. I run to Point Lookout at the very beginning of each game because I love it there and can't wait to get there. Once I pick up a double barrel shotgun from a foe, the rest of my time there is a breeze.

If I play Zeta, I have to get there before level 15 or I'm too frustrated to go through with it. I've encountered shielded aliens at level 20 who lived through 4,000 damage and at level 30, they're around every corner. There are probably still a couple old timers here who remember my tale of an unarmed standoff with one of those things. It wasn't pretty. There's no shame in dropping the difficulty to get that nonsense over with.

I see...The enemies level with the player. I never new that. It always seemed easier to kill something, the higher I got. I thought all the enemies were stagnate. I guess my MZ strategy was working against me, if I did return. Do they scale that way through out the game, or is that just with the DLCs?

I don't have a level of when I do the DLCs. I just take then on when I feel like it. I just started a new character, my first female BTW, and Im playing her as an assassin. IE, lots of seeking. So I did OA very early for the stealth suit. I haven't touched the others yet and most likely not for a while. Im at lv4 right now. Also I've only played MZ once and removed it off the pc. Never again.
