Anyone know? Every time I level up I get excited and look in my appearances and then realize it's not unlocked yet. I'm level 13.

Probably 20. I'm level 17 and haven't unlocked it yet. (By the way, it's a middle-eastern mask like the Taliban wear).

dead-eye scar plus grinning hockey mask looks awesome. i just wish there was something security that looked jut as good with dead-eye.
