What is Lorkhan doing?

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 9:29 am

He's dead. Depressed and hungover, playing catch with mortals with his own heart
And when did he rule the Madhouse? M'Aiq is always right, mudcrabs rule most of the tower.
Maybe a connection between Mudcrabs and Lorkhan?

I'd say he has already taken mortal form as the adoring fan, He just plays dumb and wait for the moment to strike the hero, Nobody stands in his way.

His ultimate plan is to become so annoying that every mortal being starts eating apples and will eventually become an apple their self. And that would be the apocalypse, Everybody becoming apples.

A bit touched by Sheogorath, are you?

Anyway, I don't think Lorkhan is really 'doing' anything. He's just...dead. Not dead in a mortal sense, but languishing idly. I'm sure he's cooking up some scheme for his return, but I doubt he has the power to truly do anything. However, plenty of recent events all seem to playing into his favor, so either I'm wrong and he is influencing us, or he's just the luckiest dead person out there.

And that brings us full circle.
Sheogorath blesses us, but if these blessings truly come from lorkhan... And the CoC IS lorkhan. And lorkhan is trying to... Do... Something...

And when did he rule the Madhouse?

Around the end of the third Era into he Fourth, so far.

Madness was created when he was incapacitated, it is only natural he take control over it. It is the closest sphere to his old one, which was sadly torn apart and sent orbiting Nirn.

Basically, if Sheogorath (the shezarrine one) were to get his hands on the heart (which is currently in an unknown location) and travel to the moon, Shezarr would be reborn.

maybe, thoguh if that were the case landfall would never happen as Shezarr would have already achieved his goal.

Unless you think Landfall is just Vivecs idea of a practical joke, only instead of april fools day its the day his followers forget its up there and start not loving him.
Vivec reached Chim, when Lorkhan does the same the two will have to meet. The idea of two people achieving it simply goes against the few things in this world that actually make sense about chim.

So I used to think. But then I remembered the tired old argument that Chim is impossible anyways because it is oxymoronic in nature. Well, contradiction is key to its existence.

I bleave he means Chimmer, the fore-runner of the Dunmer, what they looked like before
Spoiler
Azura tottaly trashed them.

Vivec in MW can maintain a half Chimer state, so the golden half of him is pritty much Chimmer.

P.S:Why would Lorkhan favor and become one of the Chimer? Why not any other race?

Nope. Not at all. I figure CHIM is basically like becoming a god in our world's standards. That is to say, omnipresent, omnipotent, able to creation and change, unlike the Aedra who can only make, and the Daedra who can only change what's already there, etc...

If two people have CHIM, then two gods of all things exist. But everyone is everyone thanks to the dreamsleave. Half the battle to gaining chim is realizing this, yet still being yourself. Thus everyone has CHIM, yet no one has it.
That and they would get in a fight that ends reality.

There can only be one!

Tiber Septim achieved CHIM, Vivec achieved CHIM, and yet nothing bad has come of it.
