Of all the Fallout titles what did you do/hear/see and so on that made you laugh most? It could be random encounters, dialogue, or something you did in-game.

For me the funniest moments are in Fallout 2. The dialogue in Reno is hilarious when you piss off the crime lords, especially their guards. Plus you could become a porm star which NPCs respond to. Utter gold. :lmao:

Well there are alot of funny moments but the one I will always remember is Harold when asking him about the tree in his skull in Fo2.
Chosen One: Is that a tree growing outta your head?
Harold: Jealous? His name's Herbert. I talk to him when I get lonely. Heh heh just kiddin', his name's 'Bob'!
It's not THAT funny but whenever I think of a funny moment in Fallout series that's the first one to pop up, so it's the most memorable to me.

The conversation you have with Renesco in New Reno. His reaction to your description of life in Arroyo is priceless

Yeah that was very funny! Especially when you start to talk about you and the girl. another funny one with him is when you talk about how you don't really follow your quest you just wander around digging through other peoples shelves for stuff. then you say something to the effect of "OWWW look shelves!" The chop shop also has some funny ones in it. where you can pull the Vader routine with lines like "So you think your being treated unfairly?" FO2 had tons and tons of it.

I can't remember the exact quest/character, but in Golgotha you can throw dynamite down the grave/cache after convincing the guy to go down first...it's priceless...man...I sound like a really demented person...but it just makes me laugh every time...

I didn't like that so much. It did make me laugh but it felt kind of out of character and forced - I actually consider it a good example of the 'inferior' (as compared to FO1, for me at least) humor of FO2, which is mostly depended on the occasional funny situation, while on FO1 it consistently derives from the character himself, his view of the world and flows a lot more naturally (ie in FO1 you have a pc with humor instead of a generally humorless one that happens upon something funny every now and then)

My favorite one was from FO1 is the vault dweller's reply to Gizmo:
"I just wanted to know how someone as stupid as you can still be alive" (or something like that)

I think all 3 games have had hilarious moments which made me laugh aloud. I certainly recall enjoying the drill sergeant in Navarro in F2 who was about to blow a gasket as one of the highlights of that game.

However pound for pound the champ of sass dialogue was the Vault Dweller, out of his/her comebacks the one that most stuck with me out of pure unexpected ridiculousness was this:

Set: I am Set. Why do you tread my shadow?
Vault Dweller: I am the bringer of death. Fall to your knees and beg for mercy... Or give me a sandwich, I'm pretty hungry.

I was like WTF? when that option appeared onscreen hehe... :hehe:

Fallout 3 when you're doing Those! and the doctor is just waiting for you at the door scared the crap out of me! Seems to have scared the PC too since you can even put something along the lines of: "You just almost made me [censored] my pants!" That might be it...but priceless.

I remember I had just gotten fallout 3 (never playing the other fallout games, figured this game looked fun) about a week in, i was lvl 10 on a stealth based character, I remember seeing on a loading screen something about deathclaws, and ive yet to see one, so i set off for the north east part of the map, all i found was a bunch of raiders and an old barn, scavenging the barn i found some ammo and such, as i turned around, i saw a deathclaw come through the barn doors and 1SHOT ME, i yelled at 2 am in my room pretty loud i guess

I shot a YauGuai in VATS and he flew a mile west. Also last night I started a new character and was in the school near Megaton, and I shot a sleeping raider who teleported to the otherside of the room after dieing.

"moo, I say" is too funny.
The things you can say to Autumn in Raven Rock is classic, I won't quote them here though, it would be heavily censored

the first deathclaw i met was dead so i stood there for awhile looking at it so i thought i whould take it to megatom and put it outside the gate. so i left for about 2weeks when i got back it was gone! so i look around and the robot was there in pieces :shakehead: anyway some how it is now stuck inside megatom killing everything lol

Anyone remembers Cassidy's rambling about Lenny when having both of them in team ?
